These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your request for holiday lighting services from Premier House Wash ("Premier House Wash," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.

1. What This Site Is For

This site lets homeowners in southeast Missouri and southern Illinois request a walkthrough and quote for custom holiday lighting design, installation, seasonal service, and takedown. Submitting the form is a request for contact, not a contract for services and not a confirmed booking.

2. Requests, Quotes and Bookings

• Any pricing, offer, or discount shown on this site, including the September Early Bird, is an introductory offer and is subject to confirmation at your on-site walkthrough.
• The $350 off applies to select installations only. Whether a specific property qualifies is confirmed by Premier House Wash at the walkthrough, once the scope of work is known.
• A quote becomes a booking only when both parties agree to the scope, price, and install date.
• Displays use commercial-grade lighting materials that remain the property of Premier House Wash unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Consent to Contact

By submitting the form and checking the consent box, you agree that Premier House Wash may contact you by phone call, text message (SMS), and email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link.

4. Your Information

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the owner of, or are authorized to request services for, the property you describe. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Premier House Wash or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier House Wash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty that applies to services actually performed under a signed agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
