Shawn comes out and walks the house with you. You point at what you want lit, whether that is the roofline, the trees, the walkway, or all of it. There is no package to choose from.
The display gets designed to your actual house instead of stretched to fit whatever came in a box. A gutter line, a tree trunk, and a walkway each need different light and different spacing to read right after dark.
The lights are commercial grade and they are ours. You never buy them and you never store them. That is what keeps the display looking sharp instead of looking like it came out of a box.
We install the display and set the timer, so it comes on by itself every evening. You do not need to be home, and you never touch a ladder.
If a bulb or a section goes out during the season, we come back out and take care of it. You should not spend December looking at a half lit house.
After the season we come back and take the whole display down. It leaves with us, so nothing goes into your garage.
The September Early Bird
Book your walkthrough before September 30 and Shawn will take $350 off select installations when he prices your property.
Two reasons it is worth doing now rather than in November. The obvious one is the $350. The other is that September walkthroughs get first pick of install dates, so your display is up and running before family starts arriving.
Shawn confirms the $350 at the walkthrough, once he has seen the property and knows what you want lit. It applies to select installations, and he will tell you straight whether yours qualifies before you decide anything.
We install on both sides of the river, including Cape Girardeau, Jackson, Scott City, Sikeston, Perryville, Chaffee, Charleston, Carbondale, Murphysboro, Marion, Herrin, Anna, and surrounding areas.
